1. About these Terms and condition
These Terms and condition apply to all products ordered and purchased from LA.VIE JEWELS Online Store ("Products").
2. Your account
If you create an account (personal user identification or user name) on LA.VIE JEWELS Online Store, you are responsible for ensuring that your user name and password are kept confidential to prevent others from obtaining your password. You agree to be responsible for all activities and each order in your account, except where there is no negligence or fault on your part and there are activities or orders conducted under your account by an unauthorized third party.
3. Ordering
To purchase products, you must:
- Read and accept these terms of sale
- Provide your name, address, phone number, email address, payment details and other required information
- Provide a shipping address (Note: LA.VIE JEWELS cannot provide delivery services to certain addresses, including but not limited to: post office box addresses, non-Hong Kong addresses, certain hotels, dormitories or prisons); and
- Be legally able to validly enter into and perform legally binding contracts; and be the owner or authorized holder of a valid credit card (such as when purchasing products and paying by credit card) words)
You can place your order by clicking the "Add to Basket" button and proceed to the checkout page.
You will have the opportunity to review your order, read and accept the Terms of Sale, verify the total amount of your order and the information you have provided, and correct any input errors before confirming your order.
LA.VIE JEWELS Online Store can currently deliver products to addresses within the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and Macau Special Administrative Region.
4. Order processing and contract formation
Once you submit and confirm your order at LA.VIE JEWELS Online Store; the store will send an email to the email address you provided to confirm receipt of the order and list the details of the ordered products ("Order Confirmation Email").
LA.VIE JEWELS has the right to refuse any order, including but not limited to orders that are abnormal or that the store suspects to be insincere.
After receiving your order, LA.VIE JEWELS will check whether the relevant products are in stock. When you receive an email confirming that all or part of the products are in stock and being delivered ("Shipping Confirmation Email"), it means that a product sales contract between you and LA.VIE JEWELS has been formed. When the shipping confirmation email is sent, the order has been accepted regardless of whether you actually receive the email.
Product sales contracts are limited to products confirmed to be shipped in the shipping confirmation email. Our store is not responsible for providing other products in the order unless we send another shipping confirmation email to confirm that these products are being dispatched.
A copy of these Terms of Sale is included in the order confirmation email, but we recommend that you download, save and/or print a copy of the order confirmation email and a copy of the Terms of Sale for your records.
5. Price, shipping, handling fees and charges
If you want to purchase a product, the product price will be determined when you place the order. The price will be stated in the order confirmation email and shipping confirmation email.
If there is an error in the selling price of a product (whether it is from LA.VIE JEWELS Online Store, in the order confirmation email or other circumstances), you accept that the store has the right to correct the error, sell it at the correct price or cancel the order. If the corrected price of a product is higher than the price listed in your order confirmation email, our store will notify you of the corrected price before processing your order. In the event of this error, you may cancel your order and accept this as your sole remedy.
You hereby confirm that even if the store has sent a shipping confirmation email, if the product price is obviously wrong and you can reasonably identify the incorrect price, the store will not be required to sell the product to you at the incorrect (lower) price.
Shipping costs will be separately stated in the order confirmation email, and you can also check it on the summary page before confirming the order.
Product prices, shipping and handling charges may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders for which shipping confirmation emails have been sent, except in the case of obvious errors in the product prices mentioned above.
6. Payment
At checkout, you can choose to pay for your order by Visa, MasterCard or American Express.
The credit cards accepted by LA.VIE JEWELS Online Store are listed in the footer of its web page. If your credit card issuer refuses to authorize payment to our store, our store reserves the right to cancel your order.
When the store sends you a shipping confirmation email, the store will charge the total amount due for your purchase from the credit card you selected.
7. Delivery
Our store has chosen SF Express (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd. for product delivery services. If the product is in stock and the store receives payment before 12:00 pm on the day you submit the order, the product will be sent by standard express within 1-2 working days. In any case, the product will be shipped within 30 days after the shipment confirmation email is sent. Our store reserves the right to use other higher or lower cost courier companies for product delivery services. For express delivery, please select your delivery option.
If our store is unable to deliver within the delivery time specified in the shipping confirmation email, our store will contact you: If you choose to cancel your order, our store will provide a full refund. You agree and accept that the refund is sufficient and appropriate compensation; you also waive your right to claim any other compensation.
If you unreasonably delay delivery or receive delivery after our store notifies you of a delivery failure, or if the delivery address you provide is wrong and the delivery fails, you must contact the delivery company quickly to pick up the item, otherwise the item will be returned to our store within 3 days after the second delivery failure. The store reserves the right to demand compensation from you for losses caused by your negligence or refusal to pick up items and to charge reasonable care and storage fees.
8. Events beyond the control of LA.VIE JEWELS
If the store is delayed or unable to complete the sales contract as stipulated in the sales contract, and this is due to any act, event, omission beyond the control of the store: accidental omissions or circumstances, the store will not bear any responsibility:
- Riot, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not), threat of war or preparation for war;
- strike or lockout (or other industrial action);
- national or local emergency;
- failure of transportation facilities, power system or utility problems, earthquake, fire, explosion, storm, flooding, subsidence, epidemic, or other natural disaster;
- impossibility of use of rail, ship, aircraft, motor transport or other private or public transportation;
- or government acts, decrees, laws, regulations or restrictions.
During the above situation, our store is deemed to have suspended the performance of the relevant sales contract.
9. Product supply
Our store will try its best to ensure the supply of products on LA.VIE JEWELS Online Store. However, products on LA.VIE JEWELS Online Store are sold on a "first in, first out" basis and while supplies last.
10. Product information and compatibility
When placing an order, please ensure that the product you purchase and the product's intended use are consistent. Please use the LA.VIE JEWELS Online Store as your final reference when checking whether a product is suitable for its intended use. If the content of LA.VIE JEWELS Online Store differs from other websites (or other information sources), the product compatibility described on LA.VIE JEWELS Online Store at the time of purchase shall prevail.
If the products you purchased are not consistent with what you received, or if all your products were not delivered or were damaged during delivery, please contact our customer service center immediately for assistance.
11. Product Ownership
Our store retains the legal ownership of the relevant products until you pay in full the purchase price of the products. The relevant risks will be deemed to have been transferred to you upon delivery of the relevant products. Ownership of the relevant products will be transferred to you when you pay in full the purchase price of the products.
12. Returns and Refunds

About changing ring size
Before purchasing, please confirm your size with our customer service. If the size doesn't fit, we offer a free ring size exchange. Customers need to contact us within 2 working days and arrange return within 5 working days after receiving the goods. The customer is responsible for any shipping costs incurred during the return process. Please note that we only provide replacement ring sizes, excluding styles and card sizes.
If the ring you purchased is incorrect in size or has quality problems, please contact us within 2 working days (from the day you receive the item) and keep your receipt. If you have any questions, please contact LA.VIE JEWELS customer service.
The customer is responsible for any shipping costs incurred during the replacement process. Please use registered mail service or courier company to send it back. We do not accept items returned by regular mail. If items are damaged or lost during shipping, the customer does so at the customer's risk.
After receiving the item, we will arrange repair or replacement and return it within 1 month (the actual time may vary due to different situations).
Products that are not eligible for return or exchange:
1. Products with artificial damage
2. Products with damaged packaging
3. Customized styles or specially made sizes
4. Earrings (due to hygiene issues)
13. Maintenance
All LA.VIE JEWELS jewelry products are entitled to 5 years of free basic maintenance, cleaning and maintenance services (excluding polishing and electroplating). If the jewelry needs to be further electroplated, polished and refurbished, additional electroplating costs will be charged.
. The buyer must bear the return shipping costs for maintenance services. If you purchase other products, you can contact customer service and send the repaired jewelry back together with the shipment.
. Normal wear, misuse and discoloration are not covered by warranty.
. Maintenance coverage does not include replacement of lost products.
14. Responsibility
The store warrants to you that any products purchased from or through LA.VIE JEWELS Online Store are of satisfactory quality and reasonably suitable for the purpose of this type of product.
LA.VIE JEWELS shall not be liable for any indirect losses arising from major losses or damages that neither LA.VIE JEWELS nor you can reasonably foresee (including but not limited to loss of estimated savings).
This clause stipulates all obligations and responsibilities of LA.VIE JEWELS for selling products through LA.VIE JEWELS Online Store. To the extent permitted by applicable law, LA.VIE JEWELS is not bound by any warranties, conditions or other terms other than those specified in these Terms of Sale.
This clause does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, LA.VIE JEWELS's total legal liability is limited to the amount actually paid by the buyer for purchasing related products at LA.VIE JEWELS Online Store. This clause does not include or limit LA.VIE JEWELS’s liability in the following circumstances:
- death or personal injury caused by LA.VIE JEWELS’s negligence;
- making fraud or misrepresentation; or
- LA.VIE JEWELS’s exclusion or attempt to exclude liability for any matter that constitutes an unlawful act.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is deemed unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that provision will be deemed to be severed and will continue to be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. This severed provision shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other provision.

17. Transfer of rights and obligations
You, LA.VIE JEWELS and any person to whom rights may be transferred are bound by these Terms of Sale.
Unless you obtain our written consent, you may not transfer, transfer, charge, or otherwise dispose of your contract with LA.VIE JEWELS or any rights or obligations arising from such contract.
LA.VIE JEWELS may transfer, transfer, charge, subcontract or otherwise dispose of the contract between LA.VIE JEWELS and you or any rights or obligations arising from such contract at any time during the contract period.
18. Waiver of rights
If LA.VIE JEWELS fails at any time to insist that you strictly perform any of your obligations under the Terms of Sale, or if LA.VIE JEWELS fails to exercise any of its rights or remedies under these Terms of Sale, this will not constitute a waiver of such rights or remedies, nor will it exempt you from performing such obligations.
19. Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions of Sale and any documents expressly mentioned therein constitute the entire agreement between you and LA.VIE JEWELS and supersede any previous agreement, understanding or agreement (whether oral or written) between the parties.
Except as expressly provided in these Terms of Sale, you confirm that when you enter into a contract with LA.VIE JEWELS, you do not rely on any representations, warranties or promises of LA.VIE JEWELS or third parties or any representations, warranties or promises implied by any oral or written expressions in negotiations between you and LA.VIE JEWELS.
20. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms of sale and the products you purchase through LA.VIE JEWELS Online Store are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
The courts of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region will have jurisdiction over any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Sale or the products you purchase from our store (including non-contractual disputes or claims).
