Return and Exchange Policy
Jewellery are personal belongings. Due to hygiene issues, all items are not returnable or exchangeable after sale. Please understand.
- Please check the condition of all items on the day you receive them. If you find any quality problems after receiving the goods, please contact us immediately. Returns and exchanges can be made within 2 days after you received it.
Please refer to the following steps for refund procedures:
- Please take clear photos and unboxing videos of the defective items on the day of receipt, and notify us within 2 days after receipt.
For example: If you receive the goods on March 1st, please inform us on or before March 3rd. Failure to do so will not be processed. Please note that.
-If you find something missing or wrong when you receive it, please do not open or damage the packaging. Please take clear photos and unboxing videos and inform us within 2 days after receipt.
-After receiving the information, we will arrange the required exchange service
** Those who do not provide photos and videos/fail to clearly show the problematic areas of the product, or those who exceed the time limit will not be accepted.
Notice! The following conditions are not quality problems or defects, and do not meet the return requirements.
- The size, length, and color of all products may have errors due to the light and angle of the photo. Returns and exchanges due to different personal perceptions are not accepted.
- All products are mass-produced, and there may be scratches and weld marks during the production process, which is normal.
- The shape, size, color, and texture of natural stones and natural pearls may be different.
-925 sterling silver itself is soft. If the ear pins are found to be bent after receipt, you can adjust them by yourself, but remember not to use too much force to cause damage.
- The products will be handled by others before shipment. Hand-check to make sure there are no problems before sending it out. Therefore, if the jewelry is damaged due to improper use, we will not accept returns or exchanges.
