Shipping Policy

Hong Kong & Macau: We use SF Express, and the delivery days are Monday to Saturday.

Overseas: By Hong Kong Post Express, delivery days are Monday to Friday.

Hong Kong & Macau: Shipping fee is HK$30, free shipping for orders over HK$1,000.

Overseas: Overseas shipping fee is HK$80 for one item. Free shipping is available for purchase of two items or more.

Delivery time depends on the products you order.

Non-customized products: You will receive your order within 3 days.

For personalised/customised products: You will receive your order within 3-4 weeks.

If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will be able to amend your delivery address. Unfortunately, once an order has been dispatched, the delivery address cannot be changed. You will need to contact the courier company directly. Please note that couriers shipping overseas may charge a fee to change the domestic delivery address once the order has been dispatched. La.Vie Jewels is not responsible for any additional shipping charges incurred due to changes in the delivery address.

Once your order has been shipped, La.Vie Jewels will provide you with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track your order on SF Express and Hong Kong Post websites. Or you can check the order through customer service to track the delivery status。
