Shipping policy

Hong Kong & Macau: Using SF Express, delivery days are Monday to Saturday.

Overseas International: Hong Kong Post Express is used, and the delivery days are Monday to Friday.

Hong Kong & Macau: Shipping fee is HK$30. Free shipping is available for orders over HK$1,000.

Overseas International: The overseas shipping fee for one item is HK$80. If you purchase two items or more, you can enjoy free overseas shipping service.

Delivery time depends on the product you order.

Non-customized products: You will receive your order within 3 days.

For personalized/customized products: You will receive your order within 3-4 weeks.

If your order has not shipped yet, we will be able to modify your shipping address. Unfortunately, once the order has been dispatched, the shipping address cannot be changed. You need to contact the courier company directly. Please note that once the ordered goods are shipped, express delivery to overseas may charge a fee for changing the domestic delivery address. La.Vie Jewels is not responsible for any additional shipping charges incurred due to changes in shipping address.

Once your order is shipped, La.Vie Jewels will provide you with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track your order on the SF Express and Hongkong Post websites. Or you can check the order through customer service to track the delivery status.
