Return and exchange policy
There is no refund service and ring size exchange service is provided.
Jewelry is a personal item. Due to hygiene issues, all items are non-returnable after sale. Please forgive me. Please check the condition of all products on the day you receive them. If you find any quality problems after receiving the goods, please contact us immediately. Returns and exchanges can be made within 2 days after receipt.
Items not eligible for return or exchange: 1. Artificially damaged goods 2. Only products with damaged packaging 3. Customized styles or sizes 4. Earrings (due to hygiene issues)
Regarding changing ring sizes: Please confirm your size with our customer service before purchasing. If the size doesn't fit, we offer a free ring size exchange. Customers need to contact us within 2 working days and arrange return within 5 working days after receiving the goods. The customer is responsible for any shipping costs incurred during the return process. Please note that we only provide replacement ring sizes, not including style and card size.
How to return or exchange an item?

If you choose to send your jewelry back by trackable express, please let us know through customer service. We will process your request within 5 working days of receiving your jewelry. After receiving your product, we will send you an email with relevant information. *Please note that La.Vie Jewels is not responsible for the shipping costs incurred for returns or exchanges through the La.Vie Jewels website. To ensure the safety of your package, you can choose a courier company with tracking services and insurance. La.Vie Jewels is not responsible for any damage during shipping.
Returns and exchanges through La.Vie Jewels stores: You only need to bring the products you want to return/exchange to the La.Vie Jewels store.
Can I return or exchange customized items?
Unfortunately, orders for customized products cannot be modified, canceled, exchanged or refunded once they enter the production process.
