Our products are made from 18k Birkin-clad 925 sterling silver. The surface of our products is made of 18k platinum thick electroplating, and some are made of 18K rose gold or gold plating, which has anti-oxidation and anti-sensitivity effects. Gemstones include self-developed La.Vie flawless imitation diamonds, spinel, red nanostone, peridot, citrine, white topaz, amethyst, tourmaline, apatite, mother-of-pearl and freshwater pearls. The stones used vary from product to product.

We guarantee that all jewelry will enjoy a five-year warranty. Customers only need to have a valid purchase record and we will provide free repair services for the jewelry. We also provide free ultrasonic cleaning services. The jewelry warranty does not cover surface scratches, discoloration under normal use, missing accessories, or any damage to the jewelry caused by improper use. We are happy to refurbish jewelry in the above conditions for a small fee.

Avoid bringing jewelry into contact with household chemicals such as cosmetics, perfume or bleach, which can erode the surface. It is recommended to remove every piece of jewelry when bathing, exercising, soaking in hot springs, sleeping, doing housework, and when in contact with sea water. Human body sweat will corrode jewelry, so you can wipe it clean with a wet flannel after wearing it in summer. Precious metal jewelry with complex craftsmanship is difficult to repair and restore to its original appearance once damaged. Do not pull, fold, twist or pull when wearing.
